I didn’t have any problem oil was changed the dash noted the oil is 99% . I did mention to the service tech to calibrate the tire pressures on the dash read out it wasn’t done . But I must say I forgot to mention it to the service writer about the tire pressure calibration
Spend almost 50k on a silverado only for it to have major issues shortly after driving it off the lot. Dealership refuses to contact me back to resolve the issue. Contacted the GM multiple times with no response whatsoever. Truck has been in at a different dealerships shop since ive owned it with no idea when i will get it back as the part is on back order. Jenkins chevy knew the vehicle had problems, couldnt fix it due to the backordered part, and refused to disclose this information. Do not go to this dealer
Out of town vistors returning home to Kentucky driving 2005 chevy silverado when transmission went out we found out later . Brett arranged for a tow truck and immediately began processing the truck for service. Brett is an asset to the Jenkins dealership! He kept us informed and explained step by step what happens when replacing the transmission. Brett surely made this easy durning a difficult time. Thank you Brett! John Weber
Jimmy John and Kyle went above and beyond to see to it my wife got what she wanted in a SUV. They were so professional and didn't say anything that wasn't true.im a very hard person to satisfy but they did by answering my question with the truth.i am very satisfied with the whole experience with Jenkins Chevy. Oil change and air pressure in all tires: We are always greeted promptly when arriving and discuss what needs to be serviced. The lounge is comfortable for waiting and coffee, etc. available while we wait. Service was prompt. I like the way the paperwork is arranged with details of work done and cost for each service.

The dealer talked me in to coming in. I was looking to lease a vehicle, but if I couldn’t find a lease that I wanted in my price range, I was going to buy out my lease. Rob Cook told me that I would not have to pay any fees whatsoever. Just what’s in the GM contract. However, the finance guy told me that the lender Ally was requiring gap insurance and I had to buy $4000 then he stuck in some other $329. They can’t seem to fix my truck. A recall for the steering wheel, multiple trips and still not fixed right. Now they don’t even call back.

Dealership is subpar. Never returns your phonecalls or texts. Very frustrating to deal with. Would never use again or recommend to anyone. Regret purchasing vehicle from them. If I could turn back time, I would purchase someplace else. Lesson learned. Never going back.

The best service I’ve had at any dealership! Response time was the same day. Picked up the car from a different dealership and brought it to Chevys the same day. Very fun, relatable, and knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles in the car. Stayed within our budget and didn’t try to force us to buy when we weren’t comfortable with the numbers! Signing the papers was quick and easy, no hidden fees. I love this car!
My only issue is your pricing..I called my dealer in Saint Pete and they charge 49.00 plus tax for a oil change on my vehicle and you are almost double.. How is that justifiable?

Repairs made but a new problem was created in which they can’t seem to identify or fix. Burning smell in cab of truck when brought to a complete stop. New Motor mounts and transmission flush and refill.
When we brought our car in for service Brett greeted us by name. He had remembered us from our previous visit when we were having a problem with getting on the road for a trip even though it had been several months previous. He solved the problem, and we were only delayed for a short time.

Jaime informed me there would be no problem with Jenkins Chevrolet allowing me a few days for funds being transferred from my brokerage account. Needless to say my checking account was tapped the next day, causing a hit. Then I was asked to drive 40 minutes to get a cashier’s check. Like I’m a deadbeat for paying cash for a Corvette???. Infiniti and Jaguar had no problem with the same issue. Not sure I will do business with a dealership that promotes lying to the customer!
Shaun, Frank Brozak and the entire service team did an excellent job in a very timely fashion when my 2022 Chevrolet Colorado ignition would not turn off to get the key out - Diagnosed quickly and new shifter installed in hours.

Sales person was great Jenkins Chevys been great finance person. Don’t remember his name really did not go over the paperwork and also found out when it was too late. I was going by Internet price for the truck. which had 32,000 didn’t notice we got charged 39,000 until it was too late. was upset about that.
this is why you dony get revews you have to fill in this box will never do another one .

Jenkins does not stand behind their agreements. Checking paperwork after sale shows almost $2,600 more charged than deal made. Sales manager likes playing shell games, finance manager likes to push paperwork at high rate, rushing thru process. Nothing like being robbed while being smiled at. Never again. Salesman Jamie has integrity and honor; too bad he is undermined so completely by his managers.

Starting looking for a vehicle. Jenkings reached out to me via internet with a great offer on a vehicle. I waited but was exceted to get my first vehicle brought from a dealership in a long time. Came in, met Jermeny (Sales Rep.), test drove the vehicle, signed the paperwork, and drove the vehicle home. (happy as xxxx). Caught an uber back the next day to pick up my old vehicle. Went to trade in a f150 I got stuck with through some unfortunate events. They made the deal work even though it was tough with the fact I had only owned the ford for 2 months.
