DO NOT BUY USED CARS HERE. These guys used to have a good reputation from what i was told but my experience was anything but good. I bought a 2016 Titan off these guys in March, not even 4 weeks later the transmission goes out. I make some calls but all they will say is they have to "speak to a manager and they will call me back" i waited over a week , even left the GM a message and got no return calls. When I spoke to the service department all they offered was to look at the codes, no tow, no repairs, because "they're a Chevy Dealership"(who's right down the road from the Nissan Dealership they own). No offer to send it there, nothing. I'm now stuck with a truck that's will cost nearly $10000 to fix because of the transmission replacement and I've not even made a payment yet. BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE SHADY

I didn’t have any problem oil was changed the dash noted the oil is 99% . I did mention to the service tech to calibrate the tire pressures on the dash read out it wasn’t done . But I must say I forgot to mention it to the service writer about the tire pressure calibration

Spend almost 50k on a silverado only for it to have major issues shortly after driving it off the lot. Dealership refuses to contact me back to resolve the issue. Contacted the GM multiple times with no response whatsoever. Truck has been in at a different dealerships shop since ive owned it with no idea when i will get it back as the part is on back order. Jenkins chevy knew the vehicle had problems, couldnt fix it due to the backordered part, and refused to disclose this information. Do not go to this dealer

Out of town vistors returning home to Kentucky driving 2005 chevy silverado when transmission went out we found out later . Brett arranged for a tow truck and immediately began processing the truck for service. Brett is an asset to the Jenkins dealership! He kept us informed and explained step by step what happens when replacing the transmission. Brett surely made this easy durning a difficult time. Thank you Brett! John Weber

Jimmy John and Kyle went above and beyond to see to it my wife got what she wanted in a SUV. They were so professional and didn't say anything that wasn't true.im a very hard person to satisfy but they did by answering my question with the truth.i am very satisfied with the whole experience with Jenkins Chevy. Will buy from them again and recommend Jimmy John and Kyle to any one that wants a vehicle.

Oil change and air pressure in all tires: We are always greeted promptly when arriving and discuss what needs to be serviced. The lounge is comfortable for waiting and coffee, etc. available while we wait. Service was prompt. I like the way the paperwork is arranged with details of work done and cost for each service.

I had a coupon for an oil change/filter and tire rotation. They acknowledged the coupon and completed the service in a timely manner. I'm satisfied with the service.

They don’t stand on any of their empty promises VERY dissatisfied find yourself a place with integrity for their staff their last sales manager moved on and that’s Jenkins reason for not standing on the promises that were made so unethical and to imagine they toldME they were calling the cops on me bc I brought the truck back to them such a disgraceful experience please take heed to my warning they will definitely lie to you as well

The dealer talked me in to coming in. I was looking to lease a vehicle, but if I couldn’t find a lease that I wanted in my price range, I was going to buy out my lease. Rob Cook told me that I would not have to pay any fees whatsoever. Just what’s in the GM contract. However, the finance guy told me that the lender Ally was requiring gap insurance and I had to buy $4000 then he stuck in some other $329. It’s very unhappy and really made me not trust anyone at this dealership I did call rob and he said that they would mail me a check for the 329 and redo the gap insurance to take that off. He apologized which was good said they would mail me a check I still have not received the check it’s been a week and a half, I also received the thing from Ally saying that certain things were omitted from the contract with some correct information. However, the gap insurance is still on the contract. They’re telling me at 68 weeks before it’ll fall off which I don’t believe because after 30 days, you can’t cancel gap insurance, so I feel they are trying to pull bait and switch trick again I would not trust them
